Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Backyard Fun Zone. If you need to return an item after it has been delivered, the following return and restocking fees apply.

Returns Within 15 Days of Delivery
Items returned within 15 days of delivery are subject to a 20% restocking fee, provided the product is in like-new condition.

Returns 16–30 Days After Delivery
Items returned more than 15 days but within 30 days of delivery are subject to a 30% restocking fee, provided the product is in like-new condition.

Opened or Unboxed Products
Products that have been removed from their original packaging are subject to a 50% restocking fee, regardless of when they are returned within the eligible return period. Products must still be in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

nstallation Fees
Installation fees are non-refundable once installation services have been performed.

Pickup of Returned Products
Customers are responsible for returning eligible products to Backyard Fun Zone. If you need our team to pick up a returned item, an additional service/pickup fee will apply. The amount may vary based on the product, location, and labor required.

Return Eligibility
All returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Products must be clean, undamaged, complete, and in like-new condition. Backyard Fun Zone reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before issuing a refund. Products that are damaged, excessively used, missing parts, or otherwise not in like-new condition may not qualify for a refund.

Refunds will be based on the original purchase price, less any applicable restocking, pickup, delivery, installation, or other non-refundable service fees.
